Dr. Daniel “Danny” Ashley graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Fresno in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Physical Science. He went on to earn a Master of Public Administration from Fresno State in 2019, graduating with distinction and a perfect 4.0 GPA. In December 2024, he completed his Doctor of Medicine (MD) through the University of Queensland and currently serves as a residency physician at the University of Louisville.

Dr. Daniel “Danny” Ashley graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Fresno (Fresno State) in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Physical Science. He went on to earn a Master of Public Administration from Fresno State in 2019, graduating with distinction and a perfect 4.0 GPA. In December 2024, he completed his Doctor of Medicine (MD) through the University of Queensland – Ochsner Health Medical Program and currently serves as a residency physician at the University of Louisville (UofL Health).

During his time at Fresno State, Dr. Ashley was vice president of the American Medical Student Association chapter and a student-at-large representative with Associated Students, Inc. He was also a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. His professional experience includes work as a certified medical scribe specialist and student health volunteer at Community Regional Medical Center, participation in international medical mission trips to Costa Rica and Peru, and service as an English writing tutor. In addition to holding an active emergency medical technician (EMT) license through the California National Registry, Dr. Ashley has volunteered extensively with local food banks and has dedicated over a decade of service to the Poverello House, a nonprofit supporting individuals facing homelessness and food insecurity.
