About Danny Ashley

Graduating from California State University, Fresno, magna cum laude in 2018, Daniel “Danny” Ashley majored in biology and minored in physical science. Daniel “Danny” Ashley subsequently attended Fresno State’s graduate program and earned his master’s of public administration in 2019 with distinction.

Serving as a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity, Mr. Ashley was also vice president of the Fresno State American Medical Student Association. He participated in campus government as Associated Students, Inc.’s student-at-large representative.

Professional experience gained by Daniel Ashley while still in college included a position as student health volunteer and certified medical scribe specialist at the Fresno Community Regional Medical Center. He also participated in medical mission trips to Costa Rica and Peru, and was an English writing tutor.

Danny Ashley has volunteered extensively with local food banks and food pantries, and has donated time and energy to the Poverello House for more than a decade. He maintains a license with the California National Registry as an emergency medical technician.
